Laser Back Surgery Medical Fund

Hello All, My name is Gregg. I'm the father of one great bubbly kid and I found out the end of last year I need to have a fourth back surgery, (yes 4, last year 2014 I had the 3rd a spinal fusion of 5 of my lower disk).  Before I had the 3rd surgery my left upper leg atrophied and I lost the muscle to the area above and at the knee.  I wanted to try something less invasive this time around as every surgery has been 3 months to a year of very little activity and it is also mentally crushing.  The laser surgery I would like to have I found out Friday is going to cost me $15000 out of pocket and plus my 2k deductible (which I had saved up for, so I have that)

Currently if I stop working out at any point my upper body will atrophy as my left leg did, so as you can guess I try to get as much exercise in as I can.  This new issue which is bulging disk at the C1 - C5 area is causing horrible artritis and pain in my arms, shoulders and down my spine. Currently I'm only taking over the counter medication and tiger balm which helps a bit for the most part but after researching this laser surgery I should be  out of pain, plus it is minimally invasive and no hospital stay. Just to note, I do have insurance they are only covering about 75% of the cost

I'm hoping and praying that I can get some help with this and have this taken care of before I have problems like I did before my last surgery.  To anyone that does donate to my campaign, bless you and thank you so very much for your support.
