Sydney the Lymphatic Cancer Slayer
Donation protected
Sydney had some belly pain, and because of the excellent intuition of our PCPhysician we ended up at the University of Minnesota Children's Hospital getting a right hemicolectomy, (approximately 48 hours after the initial Dr. Appt) Removing a grapefruit size tumor and finding, after many other tests and minor surgeries she was diagnosed with Cell Type B Burkitts Lymphoma. I asked Syd if she wanted me to put this out there to ask for help : she said heck ya Mom, Let's own this!!!! With help from our friends; We got this!!!! Our family was shocked and have been reeling from the diagnoses. The distance is the worst part...we have to be away from the family. Daddy (Ray). Logan (17) Dillon (15) Mirada (13) are all 12 hours away in Williston North Dakota... Momma (Deanna Senior) and Syd are Cancer Cell Slayers on their own, in a big City we know NoOne... This journey we are embarking on is all new and uncharted! Which mean unexpected expenses! The Ronald McDonald house wait list has 18 people ahead of us which means the wait list is about 4-6 weeks long! Hotel and dining expenses are adding up lightening fast and of course if my Chemobaby wants to eat I am going to get her whatever she wants!!!! We would be ever so grateful for any bit you can share with our beautiful girl! We got this! especially if all of you got our back!!!!
