After moving to Portland OR. three years ago I found a great way to give to the community.
I have been in the automotive repair business for 25 years and was able to put my talents to work in the community that I found here. For the past 3 years I have been working to serve divorced or widowed women, the homeless and underprivileged youth by providing discounted {parts only cost} and free auto repair.
Well I know you are thinking don’t break your arm patting yourself on the back! That is not why I am writing you at this time maybe later. About a month and a half ago my truck and garage where broken into and the tools I have collected throughout the years where stolen. As I don't use my tools to earn a living anymore I just can’t justify replacing $25,000 in tools so I can this provide the service to my community. I would like to raise $2500 to for the basic tools I need to do provide automotive repairs.
