lets go racing boys

The small car is a mod lite and this is what I would like to race.


This page is to help me fund a race car operation. there are 4 reasons why I want to race, 1- I love racing, 2 - time to be a competitor not a spectator, 3 - I want to beat my brother, nothing wrong with sibling rivalry right, 4- this is going to be my reward for quitting smoking my last day for that is on September 13,2013. I smoked for 16 years and I can not think of a better way to reward my self than with this.

I would love to race in a mod lite/ dwarf car division. This is the same division that my brother races in. These cars look just like a open wheel modified, only half the size. They can be raced on dirt and asphalt. They are just like dwarf cars, looks like fun.

I have found chassis and the body only online for $5600,i don't want to pay that much. I have a guy that will build just the frame for a $1000. It will take about $500 for the sheet metal for the body, $2900 for a competitive engine(used) shocks are about $ 400, $250 for fuel cell and fuel pump,$400 for tires and rims, $2200 for winters quick change rear end. This all totals $8650, I know what I am asking for will not cover all expenses, but I still need to pay for some of the expense too. I am just looking just to get help with these high dollar items. I will also be doing as much work as I can on my own with help from my friends to help keep the build cost down.

I already have a sponsor lined up to pay the entry fees in to the race track. I will be paying for the tires that blow, fuel at $8.00 a gallon, helmet, fire suit and shoes, etc.
