Gavin's Recovery

My son Gavin was recently attacked by a Pitbull and he survived this attack when some felt he wouldn't. If the bite would have been 1 mm closer he would have died instantly. He is a walking and talking miracle. He broke both his jaws, his nose was able to be fixed it was almost torn off., he had to use part of his ribs to fix his eye sockets, and with his jaws being broken came along the loss of his teeth. He ended up losing 4 adult teeth buds and most of the teeth that were in his mouth. He remembers everything from that day and is recovering better than I anticipated. I will be getting him into counseling hopefully this coming up week, and I hope to set up a consultation at a clinic that said they would help with what they can when it comes to his teeth and his mouth. I want nothing more than my 4yr old son to grow up as normal as possible after this tragic experience. I mean put yourself in his shoes for a min not only does he have emotional damage that I work with him on everyday he also has to live with the physical damage as well?? As his mother I want him to hopefully have as much of a normal childhood as he can that means being able to do everything that other kids can do..I'm not scamming anyone and no I don't want "free money" but if there are people willing to "donate" to help me then I'm not going to deny it because I need all the help I can get at this point..there are expenses that I just can't afford. We still have months of recovery ahead of us and don't know if there will be more facial surgeries or not..this was a tragic accident and Gavin is a brave and strong little boy but I need to focus on his emotional and not worry about physical and the only reason I stress physical is because of the other kids and parents around that state and point and laugh and ask questions that eventually goes into the line of emotional..
