Remembering my Grandma Doris LePage

On April 19th my beautiful grandma died due to complications from a major heart attack. We were given three extra weeks with her and watched her pass with peace and grace. She went exactly how she wanted to and that was peacefully in her sleep. She had no history of heart problems in her family and it was a shock to all of us. She always donated over the years to fundraisers and charities and I knew I wanted to donate one last time in her name to the AHA. 

We would love if you have any good stories to share of her. She made an impact on many lives, including the nurses in her final weeks. She left with many people who loved her and will bring her with us in everything we do.
