Restoration House-First Ladies Inc.

First Ladies Inc. objects and purposes for which this corporation is formed are: 

To conduct and transact generally the business of the support of women who have been mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically abused.  The corporation will do all things and exercise all powers and perform all functions that a 501c(3) corporation is authorized or empowered to do, exercise, or perform under and by virtue of the laws of Tennessee, or that it may be by law hereafter authorized to do, exercise, or perform;

1.  First Ladies Inc. will aid in the healing process by energizing, restoring, and counseling these women in every area of their lives,

2.  First Ladies Inc. will aid women to become overcomers of their circumstances and to empower them to motivate other women,

3.  First Ladies Inc. will provide avenues for women to develop and become productive members of society and to live a victorious life with joy and happiness,

First Ladies Inc. will preform and do all the above things as a 501c (3) corporation and insofar as is consistent with the laws of Tennessee.

4 MILLION DOLLARS IS NEEDED FOR "RESTORATION HOUSE"  As Soon As Possible!

"Restoration House" will be a refuge for women from all walks of life who needs emergency shelter, crisis intervention,  encouragement, counseling, restoration, love and support, healing, family crisis, shelter, etc. Restoration House will allow Pastor’s Wives and Women in the Ministry” to come experience rest and Spiritual rejuvenation as all women experience the healing process.  Restoration House will provide a peaceful place to become energized through counseling, prayer, meditation and positive fellowship in order to be healed and restored. Through prayer our vision is for broken hearts to be mended and for the spirit of those who have been wounded to be repaired.

The Vision of First Ladies, Inc. is for one woman to help one and thereby perpetuate a cycle of healing, until all women who have be oppressed, depressed, and abused will develop into a restored woman and return to their community to rejuvenate others to spiritual vitality.

So many women are hurting and have no outlet to go free of charge for help.  First Ladies Inc. was birth through many struggles and through counseling has become a must for our society.

First Ladies Inc. personally thanks you for all your contributions to help buy land to build Restoration House.  With your tax free dollars, those women can come day or night, for as many days as they need in order to be mended from all their wounds whether their wounds are mental, physical, emotional, or spiritually.

Restoration House will help RESTORE, COUNSEL, ENERGIZE, REVIVE, EMPOWER, MOTIVATE ALL WOMEN THROUGH HEALING AND SPIRITUAL RENEWAL.
