Reuniting the Gomez Family

My mother has not seen her family in four years due to my parents putting my sister and I first, wanting all of us to go visit as a family together. I am trying to surprise her for her birthday (early April) and send her to reunite with them. Living away from everyone has been really hard on her especially because she has a very close relationship with her dad. Her father is not doing well, and it is really hard for her not being able to be there for him. Family is a very important thing in our culture and I know it would mean the world for her to see them again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
