52 miles for Ringside Rest & Care

The Ringside Rest and Care organisation exists with the goal to create a care facility for sick and mentally ill ex Boxers. The big plan is to raise 8 Million pounds, 5 million to purchase the building, and 3 to cover the first 2 years running costs. The running cost of this 36 bedded unit will be 1.5 million per year which will include 56 members of staff. Following along the guidelines of Brinsworth House, the Royal Variety Clubs residential facility. The hope is to have this up and open within 4 years. And there aim is to provide both long term care and short term respite, including some day services. 
I'm doing what I can to help by running the Manchester and Liverpool marathons in 2019 wearing full boxing gear (gloves, headguard and shorts). Any donations would be gratefully received by myself and the people behind this fantastic cause.
