Rose of Sharon Transitional Living for Women Inc. serves women and children of the Greater Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Rose of Sharon’s mission is to support the lives of women by providing needed services to survivors of Domestic Violence and Homelessness through restoration, hope, empowerment and equipping women to become self-sufficient survivors.
We have a 24 month goal to open the doors to at least 10 women in our very own facility. In helping us reach our goal we are having a fundraising event.
Did you know one in every four women will experience domestic violence in her life time.
85% of domestic violence victims are women...
Females who are 20-24 years of age are at the greatest risk of nonfatal intimate partner violence. Most cases of domestic violence are never reported to the police.
