Roy's Cancer/Transplant Fund

My name is Roy Fenimore, and I'm in desperate straits! I just found out I have liver cancer and that a liver transplant is the only chance of a long-term cure, but I'm on the edge of bankruptcy and even with insurance it's going to be very hard just to survive. 

I have to admit it's my own fault. I've made a lot of bad decisions financially, and now they've caught up to me. Every month I have to decide which bills to pay on time and which to pay late. But now it's getting so that I'm not even sure I'll be able to pay them late!

I'm hoping that some kind-hearted folks will forgive my foolishness with money and help me with the co-pays for my medicine and treatments, (I need a procedure next week and then they'll put me on the list for a liver transplant.) I've had nothing but bad luck the last few months: unexpected expenses with the car, with medical problems unrelated to this. My pitiful savings are long gone. I already took out a $1000 loan to pay one bill ($2000 deductible on the insurance), but my credit has gotten so bad I can't get another. 

I always thought that someday I'd get a break and turn my life around and actually pay off my credit cards and actually save some money for my old age. Now, at 62, I hope it can happen. I will be very grateful if someone can help me beat this cancer and give me the chance. I just need a break.
