Help The Ruffner Family With Housing

The Ruffners came to St Louis for opportunity and that opportunity didn’t play out. They found themselves homeless and Elliott Davis from Fox 2 met up with them. Then on Wednesday night Moms on a Mission met them and said not on my watch. So they took them to the Moms house in Dupo and got them some necessities and then my phone rang. We placed them in a transitional home where they can stay a few days. We want to get them into an extended stay hotel and get the kids in school ASAP. Dad has some job leads and did an application today and his main goal is getting a full time job. Mom is going to apply for food stamps and housing and work on getting a replacement ID but she has to get her birth certificate also. With 4 kids, her main priority has to be the kids, housing and school. After they are a little more settled and she gets her ID she will work on part time employment while the kids are in school. This Go Fund Me account is to pay for extended stay hotel, bus passes and other necessities that aren’t donated and any remaining money will go to a deposit and rent on an apartment. We thank you for wanting to help this family. They are sweet and deserve a fresh start.
