Save my AKITA

My 3yr old JAPANEESE AKITA suddenly became ill on Sat. Jan 20, 2018 causing me to rush him to Animal Medical Center (AMC). I was referred to see a vet. I have no pet insurance and my dog hasn’t eaten since HE BECAME ILL! Just drinks water and no food! He was given pain meds and anti-inflammotories but is not getting any better. A full blood panel is needed and “bloat” was ruled out even tho he has all the symptoms (xcept the swollen belly)! The ER tests are quite expensive and it was suggested a vet would be more reasonable due to my financial straits! My AKITA pants excessively and refuses to lay down! He yelps in pain and there is no visible cause! I’m on a fixed income and after my rent is paid, I have very little left over for essentials! I don’t want to lose my baby! He’s my best friend and my companion! I refuse to let him down and he’s always been there for me! I have no where else to turn and I didn’t qualify for Care Credit! He’s been my source of strength since I’m disabled. He’s seen me thru some dark days and I can’t imagine life without him! I WANNA BE THERE FOR HIM AS HE IS FOR ME! My CHALKY is in desperate need of veterinary care, and I need help in order to save my dogs life! I appreciate anyone who can contribute to Chalky! He gives me hope and a reason to get out into the world everyday! I don’t wanna lose my faithful companion! Please help me save my dog! Whatever u can give to assist me in saving my CHALKY’S life will not be in vain! I plan to pay it forward! This illness struck unexpectedly and I was unprepared! Please help give both of us a chance to live life once again!! Thank-you!
