Save Nalo Farms

We are Nalo Farms we are  located in Waimanalo, Hawaii.  We are a local small business that was founded by Charles J.  Okimoto, 100th infantry battalion veteran, and revamped in the early 1980's by his son, Dean J. Okimoto, who is now the owner/President.

When Dean took over Nalo Farms, with the help of local Chefs, the signature Nalo Greens was born. Nalo Greens is a blend of baby mesculan lettuces that is served in numerous  restaurants through out the island.

Over the last 2 months, heavy rains have devestated the farm, and the  heavy rains and flooding on April 13, 2018 have left  us under 4 feet of water. We have lost our irrigation system, fencing,  and all of our crops.

We are passionate about farming and want to continue for as long as we possibly can.  We truly appreciate all of the support we have received and well wishes.   Your donations will go to replacing and repairing the infrastructure that was lost and also to replanting our crops.  THANK YOU from from the bottom of our HEARTS!!
