SLCSE National History Finals: DC!
Donation protected
Hello! We are a group of ninth grade students who attend the Salt Lake Center For Science Education in Salt Lake City, Utah. It's an amazing school with even more amazing faculty and staff. Recently, six of us were fortunate enough to win a state history title and the opportunity to travel to Washington D.C. to compete against students from all other states in the
National History Day fair final competition. We have worked on these projects since the fall of 2014, and we are very proud of our accomplishments. We are all presenting on historical figures such as Joe Hill, Gene Kranz, and Wernher von Braun. Hopefully, we found you at a time where a donation is something you would consider.
We need your help in getting us to our nation’s capital on June 14th-18th, 2015. Our goal is $7,000 to help us cover costs of airfare, food, and accommodations. Between you and others in the community, any and all help would be greatly appreciated. In addition to your potential assistance, please feel free to spread the word of our cause.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Any kind of donations are greatly appreciated! State Competition
