Shanina Dionna's Art Career Fund

Peace, guys!

For those of you who've supported an "Embryo" art exhibition in times past, you've witnessed its growth and positive influence it's had on our community. This campaign is to better help me serve YOU.

Reaching this short-term financial goal will grant not only a stronger annual art testimonial; but it will also support my pursuing a degree in Expressive Arts Therapy. These works serve as a platform to help raise Mental Health Awareness and are in need of monetary support in order for me to continue. This campaign will also lend a helping hand in my efforts to continue teaching innercity youth at "ARTbuds" (a free Visual Arts class in West Philadelphia). Proceeds will also be a direct contribution to this year's "Embryo VI" art exhibition due to commence early March 2017 (details soon come).

Considering this goal is short-term, I hope to raise the amount in full by MARCH 2017. This will permit sufficient time to finish preparing, install and present the sixth annual installment of "Embryo;" take care of application costs for the EAT degree; and support the upcoming Spring 2017 semester of "ARTbuds."

I nearly bullied myself from asking for help. I've built these works independently for the past 5 years and so, seeking financial help hasn't been the easiest task for me to take on. But, Shanina Dionna NEEDS YOUR HELP. The vision I have for the art I share with you is so full of devotion and commitment and love and time and spirit and passion and transparency...all in honor of helping and encouraging you to become your most transcendent, you.

Art helped save my life. It is the single most effective way Shanina Dionna can continue to make a positive impact in the world as we know it. Your support matters.
