My sister is evacuated and flooded

I moved from Houston to Los Angeles in October.  I've been in Houston during a hurricane and was lucky just to lose electricity for 10 days.  I was there when people evacuated from hurricane Katrina from Louisiana to Houston so I've seen the first hand devistation.  This time it's even worse as everyone knows there were record rainfalls and there are just so many people devastated.  My sister and her family were evacuated and their home has been flooded.  They have 2 kids and no flood insurance.  I'm reaching out to people from my reality family to help.  I promise every penny will go to my sister and other friends who were evacuated from their rooftops and lost everything.  I can't even estimate the expenses that families will face, some have lost everything!  Fema and Red Cross will help at some point but it could take months.   The average estimates for flood damage are much higher than my goal but any amount will help.  Please consider even donating $10.  If you can't donate please share on your social media.  I can't explain how tough it is to watch this happen and feel like there's not much you can do to really help.
