Shalom Community Center is going solar!! We firmly believe that we must conserve the environment for numerous reasons; one of the reasons near and dear to our hearts is to sustain the resources most of our clients depend on. With the installment of solar panels, Shalom will save a significant amount of money on overhead that we can use to directly benefit our clients with more meals, case management sessions, etc.

We have been able to make some purchases thanks to individual donors and a couple of foundation grants, however, we still need your help! If you are willing and able to support us in installing solar panels, please consider making a contribution. A gift of $650 will buy one solar panel; however, any and all gifts are sincerely appreciated! We are so grateful for the Bloomington community and the love we receive each day from caring individuals such as yourself; thank you for your support that enables us to keep our doors open, meals hot, showers running, and laundry machines operating!
