Rainwater Catchment System-Stanley

For my gold award project, I have decided to construct and install a rainwater catchment system at Stanley Middle School. The main idea of my project is to spread awareness of the increasingly severe drought in California, so I will be using the rainwater catchment system as a way ton demonstrate a simple way to live just a little bit more sustainably. Along with installing the system, I will be visiting all 7th grade science classrooms to discuss the drought and talk about how the students and their families can conserve water in their own homes.
