gO SpOt gO!
Donation protected
It's been almost 3 years since SpOt has landed on 33rd and Arch. We have served thousands of burgers and made hundreds of friends along the way. The "little cart that could," has taken the Philly food truck scene by storm, and has received many accolades and awards from notable writers and publications like; Craig LaBan, (food critic/writer-Phila Inq), Drew Lazor, (Phila Daily News), Holly Moore, (food blogger), Zagat, ("top 10 burgers in Philly"), EATER, (BEST food truck 2012), Philadelphia Magazine, (BEST of Philly "Cheesesteaks" 2014), Thrillist, (Top 16 Burgers in Pennsylvania), and the list goes on!
Along with courting the press, we have made some great relationships throughout the Drexel/Philadelphia area. Whether it's helping Fraternities, Sororities, and student organizations raise THOUSANDS of dollars for charitible causes like; Dining Out for Life, Relay for Life, Cellie Coping kits for Childrens Hospital, and Cystic Fibrosis to name a few, or participating in lectures about the food truck industry, or giving jobs to students on campus, SpOt has been there since day ONE.
It's now time to take it to the next level! Help us get SpOt into a PERMANENT brick location. Our goal is to become Philadelphia's FIRST Burger Institution and with that we will demonstrate how the "little cart that could," can create jobs, spark economic development in the community it serves, raise monies for charitible organizations, and serve the BADDEST burgers on the planet!! You toO can be a part of this Philly Original by donating.
For every dollar you donate, you can redeem in FREE food once we open the doors! (so it's really like buying lunch for the future)
Contributors that donate $200 or more will have their name(s) engraved on fixtures and furniture throughout the restaurant touting their support. For example, "This counter was made possible by the generous donation of Molly Burger," or " this booth is brought to you by Tim Sliderton."
Contributors that donate $500 or more shall receive all the above, and a special burger named after them.
No donation is too small, and every contribution is a BIG help!
