Representing Mississippi

Hi,

My name is Asia and I have been selected by Preview Models as one of ten models to represent the state of Mississippi in a fashion show in Los Angeles, California on June 3-6, 2016! I am truly honored to represent my family, school, community, and state in this once in a lifetime opportunity.

I am a freshman at Terry High School where I play soccer, sing in the freshman girls' choir, and run varsity track. I am a member of National Beta Club and A.S.C.E.N.D. , the signature enrichment program of Rho Lambda Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. I am a senior Girl Scout of Troop 5841 in Byram and attend worship services at New Jerusalem Church.

I am humbled to be the youngest model to be selected from the entire state of Mississippi! I understand the hard-work, determination, and sacrifices this will require of myself and my family. However, I am committed and my family is supporting my efforts. As I continue to serve my community as a Girl Scout and Beta member, I would also like the opportunity to serve as your state model.
