Stephen Joley - Veteran in Need

(^just in case anybody has as much distrust of anyone with a sad story as i now do, here is where the the last money raised went, plus more for things like locks and repairs, so we're already about $1000  deep in equipment and repairs alone)

UPDATE: THE JUNKIE ROBBING THE DISABLED ELDERLY VIETNAM VET IS BACK OUT ON THE STREET AND BREAKING BACK IN! Despite having installed over $700 worth of security equipment, secured all doors, placed multiple cameras with constant phone monitoring, etc. , the dirt bag managed to get himself back in, wearing a ski mask, as though he knew there was going to be cameras or at least something in place. We now have a need to secure every single window, as well as put 2 more cameras in the areas he definitely plans on coming back to, as evidenced by stolen car keys and shed keys, and we had to use the ones we initially bought for the inside, he keeps switching up which window he busts open next. The sensors are about $120 for 3 of them and we already have another set on the way but it's apparently never going to be enough for thus particular scumbag until every damn window and door is triggering an audible alarm every single time it's opened. We are estimating that another  $450-500 should finally get this poor veteran secure enough in his own home to finally sleep at night, because every second this scumbag is out on the street, my father is not safe and he knows it, and it's destroying not only his health, but the lives of his loved ones who don't sleep to watch over his house on the monitors and jump , ready to call 9-1-1, every time anything is triggered (which happens a LOT, due to the cat) while he sleeps. It is ridiculous that we have to end up in this situation again and asking for more help, but there isn't really another option after the damage done by the robberies  (up to about $4000 stolen plus the $1000 or so - and thats just so far, nevermind the additional stuff we now need - getting the security system, new locks for all the doors he stole keys to, new window locks and storm windows, etc. My father simply cannot do this again, he is still in the middle of diagnosis and treatment for his worsening cardiac condition and arrhythmias since the last time this happened. Any help is appreciated more than I can ever say. Thank you to everyone who has helped so far, from the bottom of my heart. here is the newest link if you missed it:

Also, anyone who says turtleboy never does anyone anything but harm /never does any good, the ONLY reason this scumbag was caught before and that my dad even has the cameras that caught him and the sensors he has is because of the help given by Turtleboy. I'm just saying.
Hello everyone,

Recently, Stephen A. Joley, a 100% disabled, highly decorated, Vietnam veteran, living on a pension, decided to open his heart and his home to a crack-addicted scumbag named Chris Champney. He loaned him money for a fake custody case for his child, gave him rides to his fake job, stocked his home with food (which is nearly impossible for him to do in his condition without extreme pain and breathlessness), and befriended Chris, happy for the company. How was he re-payed for his kind heart? By a string of break-ins/robberies, 3 of them, each getting worse with the damage done. Storm windows were removed with a blade, as well as locks busted/removed, and grand total $3500 between the cash, medication, and 2 (attempted 3!) Debit card thefts. All while Stephen slept. He spent over a week barely sleeping and under extreme stress, which he can't handle due to his health. The three robberies cleaned him out of everything he had. He is too proud to accept handouts to help him pay the bills he lost money for, but he will never be able to afford to secure his home after this hit, and although Chris was finally caught after his article posted on

Chris WILL get be out at some point, and knows just where to go. This veteran has risked his life for his country and became disabled doing so, and NEEDS to have the peace of mind that he won't be a victim once again, and also he currently doesn't even have working locks on his windows. I am asking for the help to get this poor man's home secured for him and help restore his faith in humanity, and it is heartwarming to see exactly how many beautiful people there are still out there who genuinely want to help him. Approximately $200 of the cost are due to the damages, so that part could even be covered mostly by volunteer work, if anyone has the know how and possibly the apparatus. Thank you so much for all of your kind words and offers to help in this horrid situation, the response to his story has been nothing short of amazing. Love and peace. ❤
