Tragically, on Friday, May 5, 2017 Steve Matthews' life came to a sudden end. Steve, a man that was as much heart as he was fire, had friends who were his family, and family who were his friends. Steve lived life to its fullest every day, making memories that those around him will cherish forever.
On April 23, 2017, after more than a decade together, Steve proposed to his long-time girlfriend and love of his life Carrie MacGregor. For just two short weeks Carrie and Steve were on the top of the world making arrangements for their upcoming wedding to take place in just a few months at the Arva Flour Mill. Both so excited to take this step, and start a family together, such a wonderful and happy life-event.
Steve’s family and friends now prepare for another untimely, and heart-breaking life event, Steve’s funeral. Any donations to help Carrie recover from this devastating loss are greatly appreciated.
