EOM "Sunrain" Campaign
Donation protected
Peace y'all, this is Daniel aka EOM (Elements of Music) and this campaign is to raise money for a proper release of my new album, "Sunrain" - set to release on April 25th 2015.
As of today, "Sunrain" is officially finished. The album was mixed and mastered by myself and I just got the final artwork from Ashton Dame and Brian Yoon (who did the ForAllWeKnow artwork). This is not another EOM instrumental project. This is a planned album featuring family and new friends. I'd like to hold on to the element of surprise and not ruin it for you guys but a few of the features include Watsky , Herbal T , DJ Zo and Wax . It also features live instrumentation from Ron Avant , Kurt Blankenship , Lack of Afro and more. There are plenty of surprises that I don't want to give away at the moment but do know that I'm extremely proud of what we were all able to create.
In the past, I've given my fellow listeners a gang of free instrumental albums (Wonder Vision, Further, Flying Limousine), remix projects (EOM Has Remix Vol 1 & 2) and my last album, ForAllWeKnow . Out of all of those projects, only ForAllWeKnow was an official release from my imprint, Black Mannequins. Unfortunately, I only had the funds to make physical cds and no funds for videos, shirts, etc..
I want that to change and I'm asking you all for help. The cost to properly release the album (with merch and physical copies of the cds) will cost $2500 with shipping and handling included. The music and merch involved include digital downloads of the album and it's instrumentals, physical signed CDs, ForAllWeKnow posters, Sunrain stickers and Sunrain T Shirts.
This is an "All or Nothing" deal which means if we don't reach the $2500 goal then the money will go back to you. This doesn't necessarily mean the merch won't be created but it'll take longer for it to come out. At the very least, Sunrain will be released digitally on April 25th!
This campaign will end April 3rd. Thank you for all the continuous support!
Respectfully,
E
---Extra Info---
There has been interest shown in vinyl copies of Sunrain. I've done the research and vinyl albums are not inexpensive to make! I've been recommended to Pirate Press and they have a special for 12" LPs for $1650. In the event we reach our $2500 goal, then that extra money will go towards putting Sunrain on vinyl. Just keep in mind that the vinyl may not be available by April 25th as it is a lengthier process than putting music to CD.
