please help my family

Our story started when my wife and I were hit by a distracted driver while crossing a crosswalk we were both hit but my wife received the worst injuries to her back and head, she was thrown about ten feet into on coming traffic and almost hit by a second car, and now she has problems with her back and has terrible migraine headaches problems walking hurts her to do daily tasks without having someone else help around and to add insult to injury she was diagnosed with type two diabetes and has to take insulin three times a day, not to mention all the other medications for her back and headaches and depression anxiety disorder and various other health problems, then two months later I had a massive heart attack and had to undergo emergency open heart surgery and now have to take meds for blood pressure and cholesterol and I also have coronary artery disease witch is hereditary I'm also an epileptic and found out today that my neurologist does not take my insurance anymore now I have to find another one, my wife has applied for disability and was turned down and she hired a lawyer, I'm working part time and looking for other jobs I have applications out there and been following up on them but have not had any luck, we don't have a car I have to walk every where I go or ride the bus when I have the money, we are behind on all our utilities and two months behind on our rent and about to be evicted from our apartment, we have nowhere to go, we have tried numerous resources and no luck they either don't have the funds or we are not in their area or they don't help no more because of overwelming need for help, we just need a hand up to help us get back on our feet and find a place to live that we can afford we also have a thirteen year old daughter who is caught in the middle of all this, we don't have a lot of friends or family what we do have help when they can.
