Ronan's kitty

Hello my name is Lisa, and I have a nine year old son. He got a kitten as a Christmas present, and three weeks ago she went missing. She never strayed, yet one night she went missing. All my neighbors helped me search and no luck. I have a vindictive neighbor that said she was getting back at people, she stole something of our pourch and flattened my sons bicycle tires. I am convinced she took his Kali. I joined a Facebook sight called lost pets of Snohomish County. Someone found her at the Everett Animal Shelter. I told him she was found, and showed him her picture. My son cried his eyes out. My delemma, I went immediately to the shelter to claim her and they want over $200 to get her back. I had to come home without his baby. He cried so hard it broke my heart. I made him a promise I would find her and I did. I can't afford to get her out, and he thinks I am bringing her home tomorrow. It breaks my heart that someone would do this to my son and she gets the satisfaction of winning by breaking my sons heart, and getting away with it. I am asking for help to get his baby back.
