Desperately needing help to get laptop

I need help getting a new computer.  My computer died and cost as much to fix it as it is to get a new one.

The computer is my way of communicating with friends/family and doctors.  It is also my way to look for jobs that I can handle. I have been partially disabled for 4 years now, in pain every day and it seems no end to that. I can not do tasks for a long perid of time due to the pain. I no longer can enjoy my old hobbies or things that brought joy into my life.  I get very depressed and the computer helps me communicate with others in my situation.  Please help me get my life line back.
