the Chainges fund's 4 P's 4 Progress is a formula and an imperative tool for creating sustainable and successful communities. By establishing communicative relationships between the youth and small owned businesses the Chainges fund helps support needs of both participants by highlighting opportunities that otherwise would be overlooked.

It gives our youth participants and opportunity to open checking & savings account and learn mental health fitness plans while learning about entrepreneurship while working with a local small owned business. Small business owners are key in the success of this empowerment program by providing the opportunity whether through employment, internship, and/or community service. 

It is our desire at the agreed term of the student-small owned business partnership that they will continue to work with each other influencing their surrounding communities with the financial literacy (profit), mental health (positivity), entrepreneurship (productivity), and history (pride) lessons they gained.
