Help train Buddy as service dog

Buddy is my life,  I have have suffer from borderline personality disorder. This requires me to be admitted to hospital quite often ( around every 2 months). i have regular panic attacks, flash backs, social anxiety and dissociate. I am lucky to be alive i have and continue to live through some very dark days.
My doctor recommended i get a ' Mind dog'. Buddy my dog needs a lot of specialized training. This involves him being able to sense when i am going to have a panic attack and take me to a safe place and to bring me back when i dissociate.
This would help me be able to go out in public place more with less fear of one of my attacks happening in crowded place. He would also be able to come with me when i go in to hospital. He would have public access. This would allow him to help we get out and about in life. i am only 26 years old and am very isolated.
His training is very specialized, which is expensive, due to my chronic of my illness, i am unable to work. Can not get his training on my own.
I am in great need of help, it took all my savings to buy Buddy... i cant manage the cost of his special training.
I really need your help, any help at all would mean the world to me.
I want to break free from my isolation and be able to experience the world.
