The Struggle is Reel

Friends and Family,
I hope you are all well. I would like to share with all of you a brief testimony.
5 months ago Life was perfect from a financial perspective. I was thriving as a partner in an Educational Marketing Firm in charge of Business development. A position I had held for the last 6 years. However a dispute with the Managing Partner left me voted out of my Salary and bonus with me only profiting when the company is sold because of my owning shares.

I quickly went through my savings having to meet a $1209 a month lease on my apartment. Plus other bills. Needless to say I also exhausted help from family and close friends. I was evicted from my apartment and found myself living in hotels having to pay $60 per day on average just to keep a roof over my head. Plus a storage bill.
I took a job at a self serve gas station but that was not enough. So yes friends I found myself homeless and living on the street and was in shock asking myself how did this happen. I sunk into deep despair and depression and felt like I was trying to climb out of the abyss. A relative told me to just go to a shelter not realizing that I had seven pieces of luggage and now didn't have a vehicle. I had to hide my luggage in the woods on occasion just to make a job interview ... I will spare yall the details of this life but it's ugly and I would not wish it on anyone . Many nights I went to sleep under the stars hungry ... Having to text people and ask for them to send a pizza and be ignored. Let me say this ...there are social services set up to help you but it's not easily obtained. My license expired on June 24th and I didn't have the money or transportation to renew them which meant getting any help a moot point anyway.

About a year ago a friend and I came up with a new distribution model for feature films which would generate some revenue and provide jobs for minorities and women in front of and behind the camera. .
After my experience and the people I had met during this time I felt inspired to make a documentary film instead that would basically make very little or no money at all to bring attention to issues facing myself and millions of other Americans whom are not on drugs ,abusing alcohol or mentally ill but yet are homeless. A good friend told me God has a way of making you passionate about what he is passionate about. So Black Cat Bone Films was created and our first project is a documentary detailing homelessness and poverty. A trailer of this film is attached and a complimentary copy of the film will be sent to all who donate ..It will move you ,inspire you and bring out your inner Samaritan.

Friends and Family I need your help. It is written that you have not because you ask not. And for my non Christians " a closed mouth never gets fed " Some of you I have asked and was ignored but please pray and see if God would have you help me.
Your money will be used to get an apartment and a used car ... So I can get off the streets and out of these hotels which throw you out if you don't have $60 by 11am.
I have been deeply humbled and my spirit transformed and my mind renewed from being homeless. I have seen the best and worst of mankind. It took a lot for me to share this with yall and I hope it's not in vain ... May God bless and keep you all...
