The Wishes Foundation

The Wishes Foundation exists to serve needy children by bringing the world’s most beloved fairytale characters to life. Created by Kat O'Neill and Rachael Keneally, two Nashville college freshmen, college students will have the opportunity to portray famous storybook figures and interact with children in pediatric hospitals, special need schools, and social service institutions. Our non-profit organization consists of students with a passion for service, performance, and pediatric interaction. The goal of our foundation is to bring love and magic by fostering one-on-one interactions and supplying personalized attention to children who need it the most.


Wishes is unique in that we are dedicated to providing top-notch character portrayal so that suffering children can forget about their struggles for a while and escape to a fairytale world. Part of this includes purchasing high-quality costumes for each character. Unfortunately, as we are just starting out and receive no funding from the university, we do not have a large budget. We have been covering our current start-up costs with money out of our own pockets.



We need your help to purchase our beautiful princess costumes, which average around $500 per character - not including wigs and accessories. We only have two so far. With a current plan for 14 beloved characters, we are in need of help from the community to get started with costumes for our new members. In addition to this campaign, we are in the process of carrying out several fundraisers. These funds will be used for direct donations and gifts for the children at the locations we visit.

Every little bit helps, whether it be $2 or $20. No contribution is too little. Your donation will help to establish our organization and brighten the lives of so many young children. 100% of all donations will go directly back to the organization.
