Hello Friends and family, and to anyone else reading my story! My name is Tony Trozzo, and I am 18 years old. Sports have been my entire life since a very young age and have brought me to some of the most exciting adventures of my life, sadly, injuires have are a major part of that. In my grade 11 year, a bad concussion took me out of my soccer season, and started my trio of concussions, unfortunately this also triggered some more problems for me, mental health. Over the past 2 and a half years I have struggleed with depression and Bipolar disorder, and prior to this, only my immediate family and girlfriend knew about, as well as doctors who have all been my blessing getting through this rough patch of my life. This illness not only takes a large part of your own life, but a big chunk out of your close ones. This is one of the most challenging medical conditions to talk about, and I would love to help raise awarness for these.
My goal is to get pledges from freinds, family and others and to raise $1000 as I run the Seattle Half Marathon(21km) on November 26, 2017, and look to raise money for mental health and the Family Start program.
I would really appreciate any help and support from anyone who has been affected in anyway by this unfair condition as we thrive to raise awarness amongst all people in this world.
