The Tulsa Police Officers' Memorial is dedicated to the Tulsa Police Officers who have bravely gave their lives in the line of duty and to acknowledge the risk and commitment assumed daily by the Tulsa Police Officers who serve the Tulsa Community.
We are a 501c3 organization.
The Tulsa Police Officers' Memorial Fund is a private trust. NO City of Tulsa or Police Department funds have been used to build or maintain this memorial.
At the time we started this in 2005 the estimated costs for the Memorial were $450,000 for construction and another $200,000 for a permanent endowment to maintain the memorial.
We are almost done with the building of the Memorial and need a little more to finish it and have an endowment to maintain the Memorial.
We also conduct a Candlelight Vigil and Memorial Service the first weekend of May at the Tulsa Police Officers' Memorial to honor those Tulsa Police Officers who gave their lives in the line of duty. National Police Week is the week of May 15th.
