Hi everyone! If you're reading this, thank you! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to tune in to my story. For those who may not know who I am, my name is Chondra Artis. I grew up in a small town, Wilson, NC, where the barbeque is phenomenal and everybody is like extended family. Although life in Wilson shaped me to be who I am today, I knew very young that I would leave and set out to make my mark on the world. After graduating high school I began my journey in Winston-Salem, NC where I received a degree in finance from Winston-Salem State University. Not only did I graduate from one of the best HBCU's in the state as a first generation college student, I did it with honors, and upon graduation, I received an offer to work for one of the largest financial institutions in the country. Ultimately, I achieved every goal I set out to accomplish.  Although those are great accomplishments, that wasn't even the best part about this experience. The very best part was being able to help and inspire others to do the same. Through various mentorship programs and relationships that I built with others, I was able to give back and provide knowledge and my experiences with my peers who may have been confused about career goals and life or just didn't have a clue at all. I made it my responsibility to reach out to those who may have been looked over, judged, or just throw away by society because of mistakes they've made in their past. It taught me things about myself that I would have never imagined. It's been a year and two months since I've stepped out on my own and this has been the most difficult journey of my life. and now I know what my passion is. I'm a natural born leader and even working for one of the largest financial institutions of my time, I wasn’t happy and it wasn't enough for my vision and what God placed me here to do. My journey has truly taught me what I was put on this earth to accomplish... that's to spread love, joy and help others in need. I'm very passionate about working for myself and giving others resources and knowledge to do the same. I want to create my own business where I'm able to do both, but like any other business, I am in need of the financial resources to do so. Your donation will help with costs needed to get started! As result of a successful business, I plan to donate 10% of all profit to someone in need. I want to continue spreading love and joy to others, and help our people reach their fullest potential. Even if you're not able to donate, I hope that this will inspire someone to never stop trying to achieve their goals and ALWAYS love and support others.

Thank you!
