<div><strong>Offir Gutelzon</strong> is a community organizer and co-founder of Unxeptable, a grassroots activist organization who’s aim to heal Israel’s democracy. When the tragedy happened, he just came back from DC where he organized a protest.

<div><strong>Noga Tarnopolsky</strong> is a well-known journalist who spent time in Majdal Shams in 2014 and wrote an article that expressed how Majdal Sham’s part of the world was divided by the great powers. She’s maintained ties there ever since, and has continued to have a deep admiration for the city which is one of the top 5 cities in Israel that sends girls to college. Noga is in direct contact with Majdal Shams' Mayor Dolan Abu Saleh and Adham Braek, Chief of Staff to Majdal Shams Mayor.

The Longest Day participants fight the darkness of Alzheimer's and all other dementia through a fundraising activity of their choice on a day that works for them. And today is the day for our family. <strong>We seek to raise $2000 by 6/20/24 to support The Longest Day. </strong>
