Unemployment Hearing Assistance and Consultation
Goal: I previously worked for the state government
as an administrative law judge for unemployment compensation where I held
unemployment hearings. In 2011 the
governor of my state decided my job position was no longer needed and I was
discharged from this position.
My initial goal was to represent people who have lost their jobs in
unemployment hearings and to provide consulting to the unemployed. Upon further
research, I felt I would be able to reach more people by creating a website where
I could provide people information on how unemployment hearings are conducted
and give them advice on how to win their hearing without charging a fee.
Not everyone can afford to hire an attorney or representative so I wanted to be
able to help. Employers can and will take advantage of people who are
frightened by representing themselves during these hearings.
I intend to create a business to assist people in all aspects of being unemployed and how to make sure you receive the unemployment benefits you are entitled to. Any funding I receive would go towards creating and maintaining contacts to maximize my ability to assist others.
I believe with our countries current economic situation it is important to learn as much as possible in regards to handling your hearing and representing yourself. You should have as much free knowledge as possible to be properly informed.
On my website I also intend to provide actual copies of unemployment decisions and recorded unemployment hearings to prepare you for what lies ahead.
