Unite Colorado Springs is a newly-formed civic organization dedicated to uniting, invigorating, and empowering the Colorado Springs community to affect positive change in the Pikes Peak region. Through innovative, digitally-connected campaigns and direct action, Unite Colorado Springs advocates for progressive and pragmatic solutions to the most pressing issues in our region.
We’ve accomplished a great deal over the past several months, and could not have done so without the staunch support of community members like you and allied organizations. Together, we demanded action from the DOJ in response to the Planned Parenthood shooting, achieved leadership change in the DNC, stood for Standing Rock and our Indigenous peoples, and brought our community together to develop strategies for moving forward as a united coalition after the 2016 election.
Looking ahead to 2017 and beyond, Unite Colorado Springs seeks to expand and further develop the scope of our activities to better serve our beloved community. Can you chip in $5, $10, or $27 today and become part of this grassroots movement for positive change?
All funds raised will go towards implementing Unite Colorado Springs’ 2017 Strategic Plan , including but not limited to researching and endorsing candidates for the 2017 City Council elections, advocating for solutions to the most pressing issues in our region at the City and County levels, educating and engaging the community, and continuing petitions, direct action on the ground, letters to the editor, and digital campaigns.
