In memory of Tiberius and Jacob Nelles, two very loved and wanted children, lived only seconds on earth and are forever in our hearts. Tiberius was stillborn on October 15th, 2010. Jacob received a fatal diagnosis at his 18 week check up but we chose to fight and give him life. He was born on September 5th, 2011 and passed away on September 7th, 2011. Though our boys only were with us briefly, we want their legacy to continue.

This year in memory of Ty and Jacob, we are fundraising for Merrymount Children's Center .
Why does Merrymount holds a special place in my heart? It gave me my life back. In June of 2012 I was diagnosed with ptsd, last summer I was given the opportunity to attend a ptsd program at our local hospital, however I nearly had to decline the opportunity. Using services that Merrymount provides, I was able to work with them to secure care for my daughter and allow me time to attend the program.
Words cannot begin to describe how much this program has made an impact on my life (positively) which in turn has also had a positive impact on my daughter's life. It truly is giving me my life back, I have been able to live again, my eyes have been opened and my lungs have filled with the air of life.
But none of that wouldn't have been possible without the support of Merrymount. If you live in London and have kids, you need to know about Merrymount and consider paying it forward, you never know when you may need their services. I am willing to match every dollar up to $500 to make this a great success for an amazing organization.
