Dentures & medical expenses

I continue losing my teeth. Even when is not lack of hygiene. I was brushing my teeth when the first one fell off while I was brushing no pain or nothing it just fell off in the sink. Look at my wedding photo and see my smile I have teeth there. I have been losing almost all of my natural teeth due chronic mouth health problems you can see on this picture how I looked after the first one fall
and all the way down at the end of my story you can watch a video, that will assure you is not scam or lie to no one, that even with good oral hygiene one income do not allow me to fix this problem or almost impossible to get it resolve.

As is just support a household, is a struggle, or bring some times enough to cover our basic needs and with no teeth on the top and the bottom teeth all loose even eating bring me to tears.

I thrive helping others as an on call Spanish Interpreter, and on the weeks I do not have work or a calls to work during the week my economy suffers too.

I happen to be at this time seeking permanent work since my car broke down I am only able to do over the phone interpretation which did not paid a lot at the end.

I'm Not asking for implants because I know it will be more expensive but I will no denied it, it would be nice, however is highly expensive as far as I know, is close or over 60,000.00, therefore, at least; I wish to be able to made my top and bottom dentures, to be able to eat and be healthy, or to improve my oral and overall health. Therefore, my necrotizing teeth will not give bad bread.

To explain more about Teeth with necrotic pulps It is and severe periodontal (gum) disease, cause by many different reasons, but the gums can be tender to pressure (percussion, and chewing), or even outright painful when provoked or by eating.

My wife is unable to work at this time due health issues and we are trying to get her on board with a disability doctor and lawyer. Therefore, for me supporting the household is critical at this point. It is been about 5 years, that we have been dealing with her health issues, with all the medical bills and medicines medical care that she needs, is the other reason I am unable to get my dental care done, or take care of my overall general health, financially speaking for myself.

With The new health care reform I thought this is a joke. You are probably are wonder Why? For me as Spanish Interpreter independent contractor; the cost of having us both insure is too high for me to pay, according to marketplace about $460.00 a month close to what I pay in rent. l will always put my own self second, health wise to support the needs of my wife and the household and keep a roof over our heads, nevertheless, is becoming increasingly difficult with a car now broken down and now repo because a car loan etc.

We already ask our family members and close friend and relatives to see if they can help unfortunately they are unable to do anything, which bring me to this option, because I am desperate and do not know what else to do.
