Generous for Jen

My friend, Jen, has had a rough go of it for the past couple of years. Back in July of 2014, she underwent ten hours of brain and spine surgery to correct a congenital condition called, Chiari Malformation. While the surgery was not intended as a cure for this incurable disease, she did not expect that she would get worse rather than better, nor that her medical bills would exceed $50,000.

On April 17th, she learned that the surgery to her spine stretched her tethered spinal cord, causing irreversible damage to the nerves that control her bladder, and her legs.

Then, this past May on the 19th, she underwent another surgery in New York to release her tethered cord. The surgery was not designed to improve the symptoms she lives with daily, like unrelenting leg pain, but to ensure that she is able to walk in the future.

Since the last surgery, Jen has been having some issues and I just wanted to help Jen in anyway that I could and so I am offering up this exclusive Project Life mini kit that I won as a prize to all those who donate to help Jen.

Jen is a 23 year old graduate student and now she is facing a pretty hefty pile of medical bills so this will help her so much.

Jen is a sweetheart. She's kind and encouraging. She's brave and strong. She's been through a lot and she still remains positive. She inspires so many who are going through so much themselves.

ABOUT THE KIT: This Project Life mini kit is a Limited Edition kit. There are only 300 of these kits and it WILL NOT be sold in stores. I found one of the prize tickets in a core kit that I purchased a couple of months back and wanted to pay it forward and use it to do some good. I thought this would be a perfect way to help Jen.
