Baby Pipers Medical Fund

Piper Levi mattson was born on May 13th, 2015. She weighed 8lbs, 8 oz and was 20 1/2 long. She had an in utero diagnosis of hydrocephalus which means there was an excess amount of fluid on her brain. She had surgery the day after she was born to place a shunt in her head to drain the excess fluid into the abdomen in hopes that would help her condition. Things are still uncertain at this point with her diagnosis and prognosis as there have been more complications than were anticipated. She is taking it moment by moment, day by day and is a fighter. We are all hoping for the biggest miracle and that she can overcome all of these obstacles that have been placed in her way. Fight on little Piper! We know you can do it!
