Help Douglas Bledsoe!

Douglas Bledsoe was ripped off by local resident. He is on disability and saved money to pay for remodeling of his basement to accomodate his daughter to help him with medical needs.  He also had a shed that was being created by the same individual.

The project was to be completed in two weeks, it has been two months since this has happened.  Even with repeated contact with the builder.  He just wants to be able to hire someone else to do the job.
