Hailey's Medical Fund

This go fund me account is to help cover surgery costs for my daughter Hailey. 
Three years ago, Hailey had major Scoliosis surgery. This surgery was a success, but forever changed our lives, as Hailey has had continuous issues ever since. We recently found out that Hailey has to go under another surgery to correct her sternum and ribs. We had no idea that not only was her back "curved" but her front was "curved" too!


This procedure is called "The Nuss Procedure".
Hailey's ribs & sternum are so compressed, that is interfearing with her heart function and causing breathing issues. This bar will be placed behind her ribs & sternum and will be removed after 3 years.  Her prognosis is, she will have improvement in both heart and lung function immediately after surgery. The recovery is rather painful and will take a full 4-6 weeks until her ribs stop hurting. 

She will be having this corrective surgery on June 16, 2015.
