My car needs healz

I am not a great storyteller...
On May 25, 2015, I was driving in southern Wisconsin playing Ingress (For those of you who don't know what this is, some of this will likely be lost to you. Just know it's a game that relies on your physical location for interaction) to support a large operation near Lake Geneva. After that, I stopped in Burlington to neutralize an Enlightened farm. During that time, the skies opened up and there was a heavy rain in the area, and in the course of turning around in a parking lot, I struck a light post's concrete base that I didn't see; hard enough to make me hit my head on the roof of my car and cause my girlfriend's glasses to break. Beyond a sore neck, we were fine. My car did not fare as well. My car briefly tried to climb the base, as well.
At any rate, I have a reputation for driving a lot, especially for Ingress -- I have had my car for just over two years now and I am approaching 80,000 miles on my odometer. I love to travel; the game has brought me into contact with people and places I likely would have never encountered otherwise, and for that I am eternally grateful. The friends I have made has been incredible. I do not normally ask for help, but with everything else going on in my life, I am in a situation where I cannot cover the costs of this repair right now, and that's why I am turning to you.
I managed to have my car towed from the crash scene by someone who owed me a favor (42 miles, not as far as one would think) to a repair shop down the street from where I live, who has a decent reputation. The parts list includes:
- Front Bumper Cover Assy (Overhaul)
- Front Bumper Cover
- Left Front Bumper Grille
- Left Fender Liner (The panel is okay, but needs relignment)
- Left Lower Front Suspension Control Arm Assy
- Left Front Drive Axle Shaft Assy
- Other misc. parts, alignments, refinishing, etc.
I appreciate anyone's help with this.
