Assist in replacing a car.

As of this posting, someone has stolen my car and, with the way things are now with credit, I am unable to get a replacement. Looking to get help from people so I can get a replacement used car so I can drive once more as it takes me half an hour to get to work and back.  Public transportation does not get me to work and is unreliable at best and walking is out of the question as that would take hours.  I can't even do grocery shopping or go anywhere in case of medical emergencies as well or my medical appointments so anything can help.
