We Gave Him a Chance...So Can You

Hey Everyone, 

I'm Chance. I was adopted in Texas by my two wonderful parents back in April; they saved me from euthanasia and gave me a second chance. I was severely malnourished when they adopted me and since then I've achieved a healthy weight and love my new home in Chicago! The day before my second birthday, my parents found out that I have heartworms. We know we have to put up a fight, but the cost of treatment is overwhelming. My family gave me a second chance and now we need your help. We know it's a lot to ask, but when I see their happy faces come through the door I can't help but get excited. I don't want to miss out on that in the years to come.
