Westwood Film Studio is proud to present The Graduates, a unique story line capturing the high school atmosphere. The story revolves around a revenge prank that goes too far and jeopardizes the graduation for the seniors responsible.
The story and screenplay was written by high school students. They worked together and put countless hours collaborating and writing a script inspired by the film The Breakfast Club.
The film will be produced and filmed by Westwood High School students, as well as star students and teachers.
Several academic classes and school clubs will participate in the production. The art, music, video production, marketing, English and Drama departments will serve as the traditional production departments for the movie. Students will hold department leadership roles, collaborating with other students and faculty.
The project will help students develop skills such as problem-solving, collaboration and communication that will prepare them for a college and career environment.
The movie will premiere in late May. All proceeds and donations from the movie will benefit the Westwood High School Production club and be used for future movie projects and workshops with industry professionals.
We are also accepting ECA Tax Credit donations. To learn more, Click Here !
