Meet my beautiful mother! I hope you take the time to watch the video, it really helps to descibe and paint the picture that is my mom and what she means to me. She is vibrant and hiliarious women, that just can't seem to stop smiling no matter what life throws at her.


Teaching for 25 years, I think she's learned to harvest a childs perspective of life; that it is meant to be loved an cherrished. She absolutely means the world to me. Kari (my mom) was diagnosed with brain cancer roughly 13 years ago, truly embodying the definition of survivor! She has faught  through surgeries, chemo and radiation, beating her tumor into remission; however, recently her tumor has returned. We found a new solution in the form of a less invasive treatment using magnets (for more information: Optune Treatment King5) , which is powered by a battery she wears on her back (we affectionately named her "jetpack").  Although this treatment is a blessing, she is unable to work. I am hoping, praying and asking for any help that anyone can give. I want her to spend this year during treatment focussing soley on getting healthy, and not stressing about bills piling up. We have tried funding from the government and her insurance without any luck... Please help me in giving my mom the gift of financial security during her time of need. She truly does deserve it.
