Take Off trailer: https://vimeo.com/273269174
There are approximately one million working children and youth in Bolivia. They are exposed to many risks, from different types of abuses, to poverty and dropping out of school in order to work. Child labor is one of the biggest injustices since these children and youth risk their opportunity to develop their full potentials as human beings. Even tho they face many obstacles, they refuse to give up, and instead they choose to fight to achieve their goals.
We are raising funds to help Sandra, Adriana, Lorena, and Willie to achieve their dreams. All of them started working at very early ages in order to survive and take care of their families, while being exposed to many risks.
They money raised will be used to help them cover the costs of their education and some of their daily expenses. (Mainly health, and food).
The support will make a big difference in their lives, as they need resources to improve their current living conditions. Adriana needs to see doctors in order to improve her walking (as of today, she can only walk with the support of a cane) and pay for her University studies. Sandra needs resources in order to send her nephews to school, and cover medical expenses of her family. Lorena needs resources to accomplish her dream of buying a home for her daughters. And Willie needs resources in order to achieve his dream of buying some land and start building his home.
They will be very grateful to anyone who helps them in any way, either by sharing this campaign or making a contribution.
