Who Decides, Inc. is a non-profit/public benefit organization. The idea for the organization was conceived in solitary confinement by Arkansas death row inmate, Kenneth Reams in 2012. Kenneth's insight was to use (multiple mediums of art) such as poetry, visual arts, plays and other forms of artistic expression as a fresh and new way of educating the general public about capital punishment in the United States. His plan would be to design and produce various exhibitions that explored the history of capital punishment from all perspectives: the crime, the victim, the condemned, the methods of execution and the laws.  These elaborate art events would travel to venues throughout the U.S. to raise conciousness about the death penalty and build support for establishing a National Museum of Capital Punishment to preserve its history.

In May 2014, with the assistance of numerous public supporters Kenneth's vision formally became a non-profit organization in the State of Arkansas under the name of  Who Decides, Inc. Later that same year in the month of November, the organization presented its first visual art exhibition to the American public in Little Rock, Arkansas. That introduction received many rave reviews. In 2015, the IRS qualified the organization to recieve tax deductable donations under Section 501(c)(3), giving greater establishment to the corporation and its dedication to serve society.

As a small grassroot organization the Board of Directors are now here on ''gofundme '' seeking public aide to help advance the organization's mission and goal. We are pursuing small and large financial gifts. Your contributions will help cover the cost of these annual needs - web hostings and design, cost of shipping exhibits, storage fees, board traveling, postage, print material  and other operating demands. We are also asking for your donation to help towards improving upon ''Who Decides, Inc. ''  physical frame work
along with upgrading our capacity to do more such: as hiring staff, lease office space, purchase computers, internet and telephone service and other administrative expenses.

Our primary aim at this juncture is to expand our outreach to the general public. If you beleive that ART can be used to inform society about the practice and history of capital punishment in America, then please consider supporting our efforts to educate and our goal of establishing a National Museum by giving a donation.
No gift is to small.
